Sthenos Technologies publishes three original research reports for buyers of software, AI and IT services. All three are written by Suleman Siddiqui, Advisor to the CEO and Head of Cybersecurity, and published on July 13, 2026. The two benchmark reports link every figure to the public source it came from; the third is a survey of engineering leaders that is still collecting responses.

The Trust Gap: The 2026 State of AI-Generated Code in Production

A study of what the report calls verification debt: how much of the code that reaches production is now written by AI, whether engineering teams have changed how they review, test and take responsibility for that code, and who owns the risk when it fails. The survey of engineering leaders behind it is open and data collection is in progress, so the page publishes no results yet. It commits to publishing every headline number, whichever way it cuts.

The 2026 IT Outsourcing and Staff Augmentation Rate Benchmark

An openly sourced benchmark of hourly and blended software talent rates across onshore, nearshore and offshore regions, set out role by role and region by region. Every figure links to the public source it came from, including the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Aalpha and FullStack, so a buyer can check the reading against the original.

The 2026 Legacy Modernization Cost and Risk Report

A sourced reference on what enterprises and government agencies spend to run, fix and replace aging systems, and why modernization projects miss their budgets and the value they promised. It draws on public data from the GAO, McKinsey, the Standish Group and CISQ, and links every figure back to where it came from.
