For select senior engineering and data roles we sponsor H-1B transfers and green cards. Federal roles typically require U.S. citizenship. Your recruiter will confirm eligibility up front, before anyone invests time in the loop.
Many federal roles require a Public Trust, Secret, or TS/SCI clearance. If you don't have one, we'll tell you whether the program can sponsor and what the timeline looks like. If you do, we'll move quickly. Clearance sponsorship is real, but not a blank check, we only open it for roles we're actively staffing.
It depends on the program and contract. Each role lists the work model on its card and detail page. We don't force remote roles on-site, and we don't disguise on-site roles as hybrid. If a role's requirement changes, we tell candidates before the offer, not after.
Offers go out within 48 hours of the final round. Passes go out within the same window, we don't ghost. If something takes longer, your recruiter tells you why and when to expect a decision.
We hire W-2 employees, 1099 contractors, and corp-to-corp depending on the role and program. Rate and benefits differ by structure, your recruiter will walk through the trade-offs during the intro.
We use AI tools in our work every day. In interviews, we care about how you think with and around them, not whether you can recite a definition. For technical rounds we state up front what tools are fair game and which parts we want you to reason through without them.
